All cases I deal with are on a one to one basis with you and your dog in your own home. The dog will be at his most natural in his own environment which usually makes it possible for me to assess the problem in just one session. This will take between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on the problem. During this session I will discuss your dog’s problems and show you training methods to cure his behaviour. On some very rare occasions it may be necessary to book more visits than just one. My visit is followed up by a written report to you containing all details necessary for you to adhere to the training programme. . I ring you about 2 weeks later to see how you are getting on and to clear up any questions you may have.

Unfortunately it is not possible for me to give any behavioural advice over the phone without having seen the dog. My treatment depends on your dog’s temperament, his reaction and his circumstances at home all of which make it necessary for me to see him first.
